General Information

At DoReach, we believe in responsible and ethical outreach. Our mission is to empower our customers to engage in effective B2B outreach — via LinkedIn and email — while ensuring compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, LinkedIn's Terms of Service, and other relevant regulations. Maintaining high standards helps us provide the best possible service to all our users.

Compliance and User Responsibility

DoReach is dedicated to enabling B2B outreach that respects legal and platform boundaries. Our customers are expected to adhere to best practices in outreach. While we provide tools to support compliance, it is ultimately the user's responsibility to ensure their campaigns meet legal standards. If any user fails to comply, we reserve the right to take corrective actions, which may include account suspension or termination. Our primary goal is to help users improve their outreach practices.

LinkedIn Automation Responsibility

Users of DoReach's LinkedIn automation features must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. DoReach implements safety limits and human-like delays to reduce risk, but users are solely responsible for their LinkedIn account activity and any consequences arising from automation use, including account restrictions or bans by LinkedIn.

Improving Outreach Behavior

If a customer's outreach behavior does not meet our standards or violates laws or platform policies, we will reach out to provide guidance and resources to help them improve. We believe in fostering a collaborative environment where users can learn and enhance their outreach strategies.
