These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our web application and services at doreach.io, including LinkedIn outreach automation, email sending, deliverability tools, and related features. By using DoReach, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected violations of these Terms.

4. Communications

  • By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related emails. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • We may send you notices regarding your account, service updates, and legal information.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Some features require payment or a subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

    • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing data or access
    • Attempting to circumvent security or access controls
    • Using DoReach for non-business or personal mass messaging
  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. LinkedIn Automation & Platform Risk

  • LinkedIn automation tools operate in a grey area of LinkedIn's Terms of Service. DoReach implements safety measures to reduce risk, but you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of using automation on LinkedIn.
  • DoReach is not responsible for any LinkedIn account restrictions, bans, or suspensions resulting from your use of our automation features.
  • You are solely responsible for staying within safe activity limits and complying with LinkedIn's policies.

8. Service Usage and Restrictions

  • Follow best practices for outreach to maintain deliverability and reputation.
  • Do not use DoReach to send unsolicited or bulk messages without consent.
  • We reserve the right to limit or suspend your access if your usage negatively impacts our service or other users.

9. Data, Privacy, and Analytics

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We use analytics tools and tracking to monitor service usage.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of DoReach complies with all applicable data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and technology provided by DoReach are our property or our licensors'.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds will be issued except as stated above.

  • Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution.
